Service Systems Errands generally serves three populations of clients: Elderly/Seniors, Persons with disabilities, and busy professionals.   We offer a variety of errand, personal assistants and concierge services designed to free-up your time so you can focus more on your family, friends, career, and personal interests. Our services are perfect for those who:

• Don't have time for their many errands
• Are tired of waiting in line, for prescriptions, vehicle registration, bill payments, etc.
• Need help around the house
• Want more time to relax
• Need/want Meal Pick up and delivery
  
• Care for a elderly or home-bound relatives and friends and need assistance
  
• Want to enhance the independence of their aging loved ones
  

Service Systems Errands is bonded and insured, and provides a reliable and professional means to get your errands and tasks completed.

Service Rates

Regular Errand and Household Services

$20 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Billing in 15-minute increments thereafter. No charge for mileage up to 15 miles per errand session; $.40 for each additional mile. Payment is due in full at the completion of errand or service.  Rates do not include cost of third party goods and services obtained on behalf of client. For best value, purchase a Service Package Certificate, or you are welcome to choose our one-time services rates.

Professional Office and Administrative Services:  $20 per hour with a one-hour minimum.  Billing in 15-minute increments thereafter. Excel, Word, Typing, email, etc.

Prescription drop-off & delivery:  $15 per hour; one-hour minimum, billed every 15-minutes thereafter. Try Service Package Certificates and save for routine pick-ups.

House or Pet Sitting: $14 for each 30-minute visit. Regular Errand Rate applies if other duties or services are done consecutively or longer visits are requested.  The best value is a Service Package Certificate for visits totaling more than 3 hours.

Waiting Services - Home & Vehicle: $15 for first hour with a one-hour minimum. Billed in 15-minute increments thereafter. Total waiting period of up to four hours. Regular Errand Rate applies if other errand duties are performed while waiting.

Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, check, or money order and PayPal. A fee of $25 will be assessed on all returned checks.

NOTE: Service Package Certificates must be prepaid and must be used within 30 days of purchase. Service will be billed in one-hour minimums and every 15-minutes thereafter.

Policies

All information regarding clients of Service Systems Errands is held in the strictest confidence and is not shared with anyone. A 24-hour notice is requested on all services; same-day requests will be accepted if scheduling allows plus a $5 dollar surcharge.

Services outside the General Service Area may be subject to rate surcharges. All services will be performed by Service Systems Errand staff as efficiently and safely as possible.

Service Systems Errands reserves the right of refusal to participate in activities deemed dangerous, illegal, or unethical.
